Our team comprises professionals with over 20 years of experience each, including CFOs and MDs from MNCs and Big 4 accounting firms. This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at our client startup company in IT solutions. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, human resources information systems (HRIS), payroll and control. The role involves assisting in day-to-day HR tasks and maintaining employee records. Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills HR policy development and maintenance. Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Payroll processing including attendance and regulatory requirements. Experience in the HR and/or payroll system is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
