Geological exploration, optimization of mining reserve, deploying global practices for commencement of green field coal blocks to ensure lowest cost of coal for our thermal power plants Stakeholder management including R&R and community engagement Strategizing the conceptual design for coal supply to refineries and thermal power plants Onboarding International MDO for ensuring the coal mines operations of global standard Ensuring Compliance with all statutory requirements to mitigate potential risks Introduce automation or digital tools in driving mining projects Lead and mentor potential teams for a performance driven culture Education Qualification - B.
