Key Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven B2B Sales Head - Channel Support to manage and expand our channel partner network across India. Channel Development: Identify and onboard new education consultants, sub-agents, and institutional partners. Sales Target Achievement: Drive monthly and quarterly partner acquisition and student conversion targets. Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen partnerships through regular follow-ups, meetings, webinars, and training. Territory Mapping: Develop and implement territory-specific B2B sales strategies to penetrate new geographies. (Ready to Travel) Partner Support: Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams (Admissions, Marketing, Operations, etc.). Reporting & CRM: Maintain partner records, leads, and sales performance in CRM tools; generate and present reports. Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to improve offerings and processes. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B Sales (Must be from immigration, overseas education, or franchise development). Team Management: Minimum 2 years of experience of Leading and manage the team. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of European education systems and visa processes is a big plus. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Networking: Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with partners across cultural/geographical boundaries. Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and partner portals. Travel: Willingness to travel regionally for partner meetings and business development.
