Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Sales Manager to work across sales channel partners, government agencies, and enterprise clients in domestic and international markets. This role demands strategic thinking, strong relationship-building, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Drive cybersecurity solution sales via direct and indirect channels. Develop and execute sales strategies for government and enterprise sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities globally. Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. Channel Partner Management Recruit, onboard, and manage VARs, MSPs, and system integrators. Enable and support partners to boost performance. Monitor and optimize channel programs. Strategic Sales Engagement Build relationships with government agencies and public sector bodies. Navigate procurement processes and respond to RFPs/RFQs. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations. Represent the company in forums and industry events. Engage C-level executives and IT leaders in enterprises. Conduct consultative selling and manage complex sales cycles. Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Market Expansion & Strategy Analyse market trends and customer needs. Develop region-specific go-to-market strategies. Represent the company at global events and conferences. Collaboration & Reporting Work with marketing, product, and technical teams to support sales. Report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics. Required Skills Bachelors in business, Marketing, IT (MBA preferred). 5–8 years in cybersecurity sales across channel, government, and enterprise sectors. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and regulations. Proven success in complex sales and revenue achievement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally whenever required.
