Role Overview: Manage post-retirement ARF processes, including new business input, income payments, surrenders, top-ups, and fund switches, focusing on accuracy and regulatory compliance. Role – S&I NB Mandatory Skills: Bachelor’s in finance or related field, 2+ years in financial or insurance operations, strong Excel skills, and in-depth knowledge of savings and investment products. Role Overview: Process new business activities, investment updates, special underwriting, conversions, and electronic data matching, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Role – Ind PRSA NB – IP Mandatory Skills: Strong written communication, knowledge of life and pension policy servicing, customer service, attention to detail, and compliance with UK regulations. Role Overview: Manage written enquiries, process claims and alterations, handle complaints, and support customer satisfaction and service improvement. Role – Individual PRSA NB – IE Mandatory Skills: Strong written communication, knowledge of life and pension servicing, attention to detail, and compliance with UK regulations. Role Overview: Similar to above, manage back-office processing, customer communication, and contribute to team effectiveness. Role – Manager Mandatory Skills: 15+ years in insurance operations (Life & Pensions), Irish regulatory knowledge, team leadership across locations, process and quality management, and experience with transformation and automation tools (e.g., dC.iKnow, dC.iGenie). Role Overview: Lead Life & Pensions operations, manage CoEs, ensure quality compliance, support training, and drive automation and business transformation. Role – Supervisor Mandatory Skills: Bachelor’s in business or finance, 4–6 years in financial operations, including 1–2 years as a supervisor, strong ARF and investment product knowledge. Role Overview: Lead ARF Post-Retirement and New Business S&I teams, manage escalations, drive performance, and ensure compliance. Role – QA Mandatory Skills: Bachelor’s in finance or related field, 3+ years in quality assurance or financial operations, strong ARF and investment product knowledge, proficiency in Excel and audit tools.
