Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions - Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance team performance Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management - Strong understanding of supply chain management processes - Experience in designing and implementing transportation management solutions - Knowledge of Oracle SCM modules and integration with other applications - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Oracle SCM Transportation Management - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
