Job Title: Genesys cloud implementation expert Job location: Chennai Experience Range: 10yrs to 12yrs Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education Job Description: Responsible for Cloud Contact Center solution design (Genesys Cloud CX / NICE CXone / Amazon Connect / Five9) Layout approach for integrating Cloud Contact Center platforms with Enterprise Business Applications Conduct solution reviews to identify gaps and propose tangible recommendations Ability to ensure the solution is in compliance with customer's security standards Ability to callout risks (if any) at the early stage of the project Mentor / guide implementation team MUST HAVE 10 - 12 + years of experience in Contact Center technology Solution design and implementation experience in Cloud Contact Center (Genesys Cloud CX / NICE CXone / Amazon Connect / Five9) Must have worked on AI & Gen AI capabilities Contact Center's offer for self-service, augmentation and operational excellence At least one Cloud Contact Center design and implementation experience is a must Cloud Contact Center Architect certifications are preferred
