We currently have an exciting career opportunity within RMO, and we are looking to hire experience Reporting & Analytics Specialist to support our US/Chennai Assurance and Tax Departments. Roles & Responsibilities: Accountable for the utilization levels against business plans, highlighting adverse variance and potential issues for resolution for ~100 professionals for a designated service line or geography in Assurance and Tax in our India Chennai office. The perfect candidate(s) will be responsible for prioritize staffing decisions based on engagement risk, specialization requirements, skills, timing, conflict resolution, staffing continuity and geographic considerations. Monitor the task list in resource management technology platform to approve resource requests, PTO, CPE etc. Collaborate with the Campus and Experienced Hire recruiters on various recruiting processes including confirmation of start dates. Know and maintain a solid understanding of employees’ preferences with regards to skills, interests, career aspirations, and area of development opportunities. Accountable for redeployment process for new work or when assignments end for assigned business unit to manage unassigned time. Empower business leaders and management with the necessary information to adjust staffing plans and inform long-term hiring recommendations. Provide weekly staffing progress updates to team leads and management on high low utilizations, unbillable time, and open demands. Assist with requests for independent contractors that are based on resource needs, demand, and skills during peak busy season. Actively builds relationships to ensure an adequate pipeline of resources to meet client needs and to support new business initiatives. Most importantly to build trust with our business leaders and knowing the business and services we provide to our clients. Accurately tracks and reports on all workforce management activities for assigned business units. Drive standardization in our operations, business processes, and reporting according to the Global Resource Management Organization and Firm Strategy. Experience: Minimum of a 3-year bachelor’s degree required; focus on Business Administration or Management, Operations Management, or Accounting preferred Minimum of 4 or more years of Reporting and Analysis (resource management) experience in a professional services firm (i.e., public accounting, law firm, etc.). Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Strong conflict resolution skills, including the abilities to negotiate and influence others. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage and resolve complex and sensitive situations. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with large teams. Proven ability to manage upwards and drive results. Ability to lead multiple, high-profile, and complex projects with various top-level stakeholders. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality while balancing the needs of the business. Ability to build rapport and gain trust with all levels of personnel at CR. Analytical and diagnostic skills. Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment. Able to work within a deadline-driven environment. Solid organizational skills with the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details and quality. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products and: High proficiency in the use of Microsoft business products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) including excellent data management and manipulation capabilities, preferred.
