Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Admissions Coordinator to join our team at The Indian Public School (TIPS GE), Coimbatore . This role will primarily handle the admissions coordination for all TIPS campuses in Coimbatore, managing end-to-end processes and ensuring a positive experience for prospective parents and students. The ideal candidate should come with a background in educational institutions (or) overseas higher education consultancy, possess strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with diverse parent communities. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage the entire admissions lifecycle from inquiry to enrolment across multiple campuses of CBE. Handle parent communications, provide information about the school and curriculum, and guide them through the admissions process. Conduct timely follow-ups with parents who have expressed interest or submitted inquiries. Organize and conduct campus tours, admission interviews and information sessions. Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, inquiries and admission status using CRM (or) admissions management tools. Generate reports to track lead conversion, application trends and other key admission metrics. Work closely with the academic, marketing, transport, finance and administration teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. Coordinate with the departmental administrators for internal admin requirements and support. Support and participate in open houses, orientation sessions, admission drives and promotional events related to school admissions.
