About the Role: We’re looking for a Machine Learning Lead to guide the development of intelligent, scalable systems in collaboration with a team that thrives on solving tough problems—and having a great time doing it. You’ll work at the intersection of cutting-edge research and real-world impact, driving ML initiatives from concept to production in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. What You'll Do: Lead design, development, and deployment of ML models in production Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to identify impactful ML opportunities Architect robust pipelines using tools like Airflow, MLflow, etc. Balance innovation with execution—POCs when needed, scale when it matters Mentor and grow a team of ML engineers and data scientists Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: from data exploration to model monitoring Tech Stack: Languages & Frameworks: Python, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow Lite IoT/Edge ML: Edge Impulse, TensorFlow Lite for Microcontrollers, etc. Data & Streaming: MQTT, Kafka, InfluxDB, TimescaleDB Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS IoT, Greengrass, etc. Tooling: MLflow, Airflow, Grafana, Prometheus What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in ML/AI, with at least 2 years in a lead role Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in IoT or embedded environments Strong background in time-series modelling, signal processing, and real-time analytics Experience with edge ML tools and cloud/edge orchestration Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Startup-ready: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iterations, and wearing multiple hats Bonus: You've debugged a model that runs on a device with less RAM than a smartwatch Why Us: Because we are stopping electrical fires globally!!
