We are always on the lookout for talented individuals who share our passion for sustainable development.Role DescriptionThis is a temporary on-site role for a Permaculture Specialist/Designer located in Dausa. The Permaculture Specialist/Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing permaculture systems, conducting site assessments, and creating sustainable land-use practices. The role involves daily tasks such as developing and maintaining agro-ecosystems, providing training and workshops to our local team, and ensuring that all practices align with eco-friendly and sustainable principles. The Candidate will oversee the efficient utilization of local resources, including land, water, plants, and materials, to create a sustainable and self-sufficient farm ecosystem. Ensure the farm operates in alignment with permaculture principles, minimizing waste, conserving water, and promoting sustainable agricultural techniques. Develop and manage budgets for the project, ensuringfinancial sustainability.We are looking for some who is an expert of the local environment near Dausa and Jaipur. It is an on-site job.QualificationsExperience in Permaculture Design, Sustainable Agriculture, and Land ManagementKnowledge of Soil Science, Plant Systems, Water Management and Ecosystem HealthAbility to conduct Site Assessments, create Design Plans and oversee the execution of the plansTraining of the local team for sustainable praticesExcellent communication skills and experience in providing Training and WorkshopsStrong project management skills and ability to work independently on-siteRelevant qualifications in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fieldsPassion for sustainable living and community developmentBudgeting and financial management experience
