About the Role:We are looking to hire a creative, detail-oriented individual with 0–3 years of experience in Visual Communication, Media Technology, Animation, or a related field for a full-time role in our L&D team. The role involves developing high-quality eLearning content using authoring tools, design platforms, and video-editing software, in collaboration with subject matter experts.Key Responsibilities:Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Rise/Storyline or Adobe CaptivateDesign instructional videos using Clipchamp or similar video-editing toolsCreate infographics, learning aids, and presentations using Canva and PowerPointAssist in writing scripts and designing storyboardsEnsure visual and instructional alignment with internal standards and brand guidelinesWork with instructional designers and subject matter experts for reviews and iterationsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in Visual Communication, Media Technology, Animation, or related fieldsProficient in at least two of the following tools: Articulate (Rise/Storyline), Adobe Captivate, Canva, Clipchamp, PowerPointGood understanding of layout, colour, visual hierarchy, and basic video/image editingStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred (Nice to Have):Exposure to instructional design principlesExperience with voiceover recording or basic audio editingFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle
