JOB DESCRIPTION: PROCESS AND CHEMICAL PRE-SALES LEAD Responsibilities: Lead the pre-sales process for process and chemical manufacturing opportunities, including solution development, proposal creation, and presentations to clients. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions that address their manufacturing challenges. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and developments. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts. Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of pre-sales activities. Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth within the process and chemical manufacturing sector. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop collateral, case studies, and other materials to support pre-sales activities. Required Experience: 17+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the process and chemical manufacturing industry. Strong technical background with a deep understanding of process and chemical manufacturing technologies and solutions. Proven track record of successfully leading pre-sales efforts and winning new business in the process and chemical manufacturing sector. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team of pre-sales professionals. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Exposure to global market. (USA/Canada)
