Job Description

Years of experience 15+ Years Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities Design and execute the Training, People Development and Talent Management strategy for the Organization. Create a culture of Learning and Development in the Organization partnering with the Leadership and other stake holders Ensure robust Development Action Planning for the teams including Managerial Life cycle development roadmap and specific need based interventions. Partnering with premier educational institutions for Leadership learning programs Working with the CHRO and business heads on development of succession plans for key roles Focus on functional and behavioral skill development aligned to the competency framework of the organization. Creating the Instructional Design for various interventions using relevant instructional tools like simulations, case studies, etc. for specific interventions Build relationships with Training vendors and partner with them to ensure high quality program aligned to the training needs Effectively conducting and delivering training with the support of various learning technologies/ mediums. Drive the organizations talent review process to arrive at action plans to bridge gaps and develop talent. Design and develop a robust onboarding and induction process for the first 90 days across all levels of hires. Manage the Management Trainee program, insurance trainees and other fresh campus hires onboarding and training process.
