We are expanding our footprint in the medical and retail nutrition space and are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead this growth. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and selling our plant-based protein powder through medical and nutritional channels. This role will focus on developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of medical sales representatives, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote plant based nutrition products to doctors within the assigned city or region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical personnel. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand market reach and penetration. Provide product information, educational materials, and training to healthcare professionals to increase awareness and usage of our products. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the needs of the local market. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly. Meet sales targets and objectives set by the management. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis for management review. Responsible for leading a team of medical reps for the area or region. Responsible for coordination and maintaining relationships with distributors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/Nutritional products, medical terminology, and the healthcare industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence healthcare professionals. Highly motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned city or region.
