Key Responsibilities City Launch & Scale-Up: Oversee the end-to-end launch in the pilot city and drive rapid expansion into additional cities. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain premium clientele. Service Excellence: Design and implement high-touch service protocols, combining advanced technology with personalized care. Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with Apollo’s senior leadership team to align vision, strategy, and execution. Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and business results. Innovation: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the product offering using technology and customer insights. P&L Ownership: Full responsibility for the product’s profit and loss, ensuring sustainable growth and financial performance. Ideal Candidate Profile Dynamic & Entrepreneurial: Young leader with a proven track record of launching and scaling premium products or services. Start-Up Experience: Preferably has experience working in a start-up environment that mirrors these requirements, demonstrating agility and innovation. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively. Educational Background: Preferably from premier institutions such as IIT, IIM, ISB, or XLRI. Healthcare Experience: Background in healthcare, health tech, or premium service industries is an advantage. Strategic Thinker: Able to balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals. Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of the expectations and needs of premium customers. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with advanced technologies and digital platforms. Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver on ambitious targets and manage P&L responsibilities.
