Job Title :Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Senior Consultant Employment :Fulltime / Consultant Office Location :Hyderabad, India Remote Work :AllowedJob Description: We are seeking an experiencedOracle Cloud SCM Functional Senior Consultantwho can independently drive customer engagements, conduct requirements-gathering sessions, design scalable solutions, and deliver Oracle Cloud SCM implementations entirely from offshore. This role requires a highly skilled consultant who is both technically proficient and comfortable in a customer-facing capacity without the need for an onshore counterpart.Key Responsibilities: Work and execute end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment. Conduct business requirement workshops directly with customers from offshore, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. Design and configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning. Provide expert guidance on best practices, business process improvements, and Oracle Cloud SCM capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams for any necessary customizations or integrations. Develop and execute test plans, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing. Create documentation, training materials, and deliver user training sessions to ensure seamless adoption. Support post-go-live activities, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements. Stay updated with Oracle Cloud SCM enhancements and recommend optimizations accordingly.Required Qualifications: Between 4-7 years of experience in Oracle SCM modules, with at least3+ years in Oracle Cloud SCM . Proven ability to lead implementations independently from offshore without requiring an onshore counterpart. Strong expertise in any of the following modules:Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging directly with customers. Hands-on experience with solutioning, configuring, and delivering Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. Deep understanding of business processes across industries related to Supply Chain Management. Experience with data migration, integrations and extensions in Oracle Cloud. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, and global environment. Oracle Cloud certification in any of the SCM modules is a plus.
