Job Title: Spoken English Instructor (Grades 1 to 8) – Online Classes Job Type:Part-time | Remote About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic, skilled, and student-focused Spoken English Instructors to deliver engaging and interactive online classes for students from Grades 1 to 7. The instructor will play a critical role in building students' confidence, fluency, and communication skills in English through structured lesson plans, creative activities, and regular feedback. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live online spoken English classes using age-appropriate teaching strategies. Design and deliver interactive lessons focused on vocabulary building, pronunciation, grammar in context, and conversational fluency. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment to encourage participation and language practice. Track student progress through performance monitoring. Maintain class discipline, punctuality, and regular communication with academic mentors and parents as needed. Attend regular training sessions, and team meetings to ensure consistent delivery quality.Required Qualifications and Skills: 1-2 years of experience teaching English or conducting spoken English classes, preferably for young learners. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.). Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and ability to connect with children across age groups.
