Post graduation will be preferred.2+ years of experience in U.S IT recruitment.Strong understanding of U.S. Visas.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.Job Summary: The U.S. Immigration Case Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of U.S. immigration matters, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes. This role ensures compliance with U.S. immigration laws and works closely with employees, legal counsel, and government agencies to facilitate successful immigration filings.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all employment-based immigration processes, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, I-140, and adjustment of status (AOS) filings.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, hiring managers) and external immigration counsel to prepare and file visa petitions and supporting documents.Track immigration statuses, expiration dates, and filing deadlines using internal systems.Provide guidance to employees on immigration-related matters, including work authorization, status maintenance, and travel.Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration laws and Department of Labor regulations (e.g., LCA postings).Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policy changes and advise leadership on potential business impacts.Assist with audits or requests for information from USCIS, DOL, or other agencies.
