Join Our Growing EdTech Team as a Business Development Executive! Roles and Responsibilities: Driving Sales & Enrollment: You'll identify, engage with, and convert prospective students, parents, and educational institutions, guiding them through our course and program offerings. Forging Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to establish mutually beneficial collaborations. Analyzing Market Trends: Conduct thorough market research to understand local trends, competitor activities, and student needs, using these insights to refine our strategies. Expert Counseling: Provide comprehensive guidance to students and parents, assisting them in selecting the right courses and navigating the enrollment process seamlessly. Achieving Revenue Goals: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, directly contributing to our company's success. Boosting Brand Presence: Plan and participate in career fairs, workshops, and promotional events to enhance our brand awareness and attract new learners. Managing Data & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using our CRM system, and provide regular, accurate reports. Requirements: A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or admissions, with a strong preference for experience in EdTech, education, or training institutes. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills . Fluency in both Tamil and English is essential. The ability to work autonomously and consistently achieve targets. Bonus points if you have knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions!
