Job Title: Sales Officer/Digital Marketer Company: Brixbit Technologies Private Limited Location: Chennai (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We’re looking for a go-getter Sales Officer/ Digital Marketer who can balance two super important things bringing in business and building our brand online . If you can generate quality leads, close deals like a pro, and also ace digital campaigns, we want you on our team! What you’ll be doing: ·      Build and maintain strong client relationships (be their go-to person). ·      Drive lead generation through online & offline efforts. ·      Close sales with confidence – pitch, follow up, negotiate & convert. ·      Run digital marketing campaigns – SEO, social media, PPC advertising, and email marketing to boost visibility and lead flow. ·      Track campaign performance, optimise and improve ROI. ·      Spot new opportunities, market trends & customer needs to grow revenue. ·      Keep the CRM updated with sales pipeline & client interactions. ·      Work closely with internal teams (creative, product & operations) to deliver a great client experience. Who we’re looking for: ·       2–4 years’ experience in sales, business development and digital marketing . ·       You’re great at relationship building, negotiating & closing deals . ·       Hands-on with SEO, social media management, paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), email campaigns. ·       A data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards. ·       Skilled in performance tracking, A/B testing, and interpreting key metrics such as ROI and ROAS ·       Confident communicator – both written and verbal. ·       Self-motivated & comfortable working in a fast-paced setup. Qualification: Any graduate / post-graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
