Key Responsibilities: Academic Delivery Plan and execute lessons as per CBSE guidelines, integrating experiential and inquiry-based learning strategies. Create concept clarity through the use of real-life examples, projects, activities, and cross-disciplinary linkages. Regularly assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, and give timely feedback. Prepare students for CBSE board exams using a stress-free, concept-first approach that promotes deep understanding and thinking. Integrate ICT tools, audio-visual content, and digital resources to enhance teaching effectiveness. Design and develop high-quality question papers , worksheets, and assignments aligned with CBSE patterns and competency-based learning approaches.  NEP & NCF-Aligned Pedagogy Encourage competency-based education as per NEP 2020 and NCF 2023, with focus on critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. Promote multilingualism, inclusive education, and skill-based learning as part of classroom culture. Facilitate development of life skills, emotional intelligence, and responsible citizenship through integrated learning modules. Student Mentorship & Well-being Build positive, respectful, and open teacher-student relationships. Provide academic and emotional mentoring to students, especially during the crucial senior years. Coordinate with school counselors and parents for student support where needed. Professional Responsibilities Participate in continuous professional development, training workshops, and curriculum design sessions. Collaborate with peers to co-plan interdisciplinary projects and school initiatives. Maintain all records: lesson plans, attendance, assessments, student portfolios, and feedback documentation. Uphold high standards of professional conduct, punctuality, and ethics. Tech Competencies Required Use of AI tools, apps, and software to create engaging and adaptive learning experiences.
