Role Overview We are hiring an experienced and target-driven HR Manager who will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment, with a core focus on blue-collar and operational roles. The ideal candidate will lead recruitment across multiple verticals including trainers, front desk staff, facility teams, and more. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in high-volume hiring environments such as UrbanClap (Urban Company) or similar platforms. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding for blue-collar and operational roles. High-Volume Hiring: Drive mass hiring efforts to meet the fast-paced requirements of multiple gym locations and verticals. Strategic Sourcing: Utilize job portals, local networks, field activations, vendor partnerships, and referrals to build a quality talent pipeline. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate handling of offer letters, ID verification, joining formalities, and pre-employment compliance requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications 4-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least three years in blue-collar hiring Proven track record in high-volume hiring, ideally in fast-paced service or retail sectors Prior experience working independently or managing a recruitment team Exposure to sectors such as fitness, hospitality, retail, staffing, or facility management Candidates from Urban Company, Housejoy, QuikrJobs, TeamLease, or similar platforms will be given preference Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, and organizational skills
