Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Tourism Sales Specialist to promote and sell our travel and tourism services through a combination of field-based sales and strategic relationship management. This role involves regular in-person visits to clients and partners, building lasting relationships, developing customized travel solutions, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories.  Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients, including travel agents, corporates, tour operators, and hospitality partners. Conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and training sessions at client locations. Promote and sell travel packages, group tours, and destination services based on client needs. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and post-sale client satisfaction. Attend trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to represent the company and expand market reach. Stay up-to-date with tourism trends, competitor offerings, and destination knowledge. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales in CRM systems. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.  Qualifications 2+ years of experience in travel, tourism, or field sales. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals in a competitive market. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Existing network in the tourism and hospitality industry.
