Hi , National & International (Education & Employment) Location: (Onsite – Chennai office, Thoraipakkam) Job Type: (Full-Time) Experience: 3–6 years in end-to-end BGV processes (domestic & international) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced BGV Specialist to handle both national and international education and employment verifications. This role is critical in ensuring the authenticity of candidate credentials across geographies and adhering to strict compliance standards. Experience in using platforms like Quest, GoodWorker, NSR, and knowledge of global BGV procedures is essential. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Education & Employment Verifications: • Conduct thorough national and international verification of educational qualifications and past work experiences. • Liaise with Indian universities, global academic institutions, and international employers directly or through authorized channels. Platform Management: • Use platforms such as Quest, GoodWorker, NSR, and international BGV tools to track, log, and update verification status. • Handle third-party vendor coordination when working with foreign verifications. Documentation & Audit: • Review and validate degree certificates, transcripts, offer letters, experience letters, pay slips, relieving letters, and other documents. • Maintain accurate and auditable records of all verification results. • Ensure compliance with client-specific BGV requirements, including GDPR or international data privacy norms. Stakeholder Communication: • Coordinate with internal recruitment, HR, legal, and compliance teams. • Communicate directly with candidates to resolve discrepancies or document gaps. Reporting: • Provide clear, timely, and accurate reports on verification outcomes. • Flag risks or mismatches with appropriate escalation. ⸻ Required Skills and Qualifications: • 3–6 years of experience in national and international BGV, with expertise in education and employment verification. • Proficiency with BGV platforms such as Quest, NSR, GoodWorker, or equivalent. • Strong understanding of global verification practices, including U.S., Canada, UK, and APAC markets. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail, discretion, and ethical data handling. • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
