Skills Required Excellent oral and written communication skills Successful previous experience as Sales Engineer in Automation Industries, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Committed to continuous education through workshop, seminars, and conferences. Should have complete sales knowledge of products selling process in Automation OEM/SI/PB Potential Mapping, Customer Mapping. Excellent strategic planning Efficient in time management Negotiation/ Presentation skills Technical knowledge and competences- Product selling experience Signal Isolators, Digital process Indicators, Temp. Scanner, Flow totalizers, Transducers, Relays modules, Opto-Isolation modules, accessories modules etc. IT knowledge and computer proficiency. KRA's Daily Customer visits and attending pre- sales and post sales meeting. Establishing new and maintaining existing Customer base with regular visits. Willing to travel extensively in Pune / nearer industries. Early engagement with all identified customers & generates lead/ enquiry Should be able to identify on-going and upcoming projects, the project requirement, schedule it. Prepare detailed visit report of On-going project, upcoming projects & identifying the concern involved in projects at customer side Fixing up meeting & appointment for presentation of senior /leadership after firm lead /enquiry generation. Focus on application specific enquiry / requirements & and be after till succeed to meet goal Preparing techno commercial offer/proposals/quotes & sending product or company details to identified customer
