Telemarketer / Inside Sales Executive/Tele sales specialist Location: Indore (Onsite) Experience Required: 1–3 Years Company: EduRobotics Tech Solutions Industry: Robotics | EdTech | STEM Learning Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer / Inside Sales Executive to join our sales and outreach team. You will be responsible for calling leads, explaining our robotics and automation training products, and scheduling meetings for the business development team. This is a voice-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and can convert interest into action. Qualifications: Any graduate (BBA, , B.Sc, etc.); technical background preferred but not mandatory 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, EdTech, or call center sales Strong command of Hindi and English Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and industrial leads Pitch EduRobotics solutions like robotics kits, training programs, and lab setups Share digital brochures, schedule follow-ups, and arrange product demos Maintain lead database and call records in CRM Coordinate with business development managers to close qualified leads Follow up consistently to drive conversions and maintain relationships Required Skills: Excellent communication and soft skills (clear speech, positive tone) Basic understanding of technical training or educational services is a plus Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM (Zoho/HubSpot) Self-motivated, organized, and persistent Target Audience You Will Call: School principals, STEM coordinators, academic heads Engineering college HODs, training managers Industrial training partners, automation consultants Compensation not a constraint for the right candidate (includes Mediclaim + Performance incentive+ PF/ESIC)
