Roles and Responsibilities Control of CFA operations for assigned regions Ensuring On-Time billing by CFAs and TAT adherence for dispatches and delivery to customers Review with transporters for on-time vehicle placement and delivery of materials in good condition as per TAT Management of Inventory health control of non-saleable inventory, batch-wise stock keeping, and FIFO control Management of POSM materials stock keeping and dispatch control Management of DB Damage material pick-up, audit, and claim settlement MIS order booking, delivery tracker, and ad-hoc reports Tracking of sales returns, their approval, and accounting Destruction of Expired and damaged goods Interaction with Implants for providing appointments on time for MT deliveries and rescheduling of appointments if required Ensuring regular ROTA count of stocks at CFAs Liaisoning between the Planning team and CFAs for batch and stock correction, as & when required Ensuring proper record keeping by CFAs: billing documents, DB damage documents, PODs, write-off documents, etc. Execution of cost-saving projects. Desired Candidate Profile Education Graduate Must, MBA preferable. Good understanding of MS Excel is a must. Should be able to read and understand data. 3-5 years of experience in managing warehouse operations
