You can learn more on Job Description: Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Customer Success Function : Sales Reporting to: Cluster Head Experience: 1-4 Yrs Location: Pune Qualification: Graduate Role Description: NowPurchase is seeking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship & Sales Executive to manage existing clients and bring in new business. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, staying in touch to ensure repeat orders, and understanding their changing needs. You will also be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and helping the company grow by meeting sales targets through well-planned strategies. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and expand the customer base. Secure repeat orders by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional service to existing clients. Conduct periodic client visits to strengthen relationships and understand evolving needs. Design, execute, and track sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed set sales targets and business goals. Desired Attributes: Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and professional in verbal and written communication; able to confidently interact with clients and internal teams. Strong Relationship-Building Abilities: Capable of developing long-term relationships with clients and maintaining consistent engagement. Customer-Centric Mindset: Focused on delivering value and exceeding customer expectations. Sales-Driven Attitude: Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to securing repeat business and identifying growth opportunities. Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in resolving client concerns or operational challenges with a solutions-first mindset. Team Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and operations teams. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: As per industry standards & pedigree of the candidate Group Medical Insurance: This is over and above compensation. 3 lakhs floater for the family including parents, spouse, children.
