Key Responsibilities Supervise all activities related to the construction, fit-out, and maintenance of township buildings (administrative, residential, industrial, etc.). Monitor day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with design, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines. Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing teams during all project phases. Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, and government agencies as required. Review and validate building-related drawings, BOQs, materials, and method statements. Maintain building performance standards post-handover, including facility maintenance protocols. Support project documentation, reporting, and handover processes. Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction and management, preferably in township/industrial park or infrastructure projects. Proven experience in managing multi-use buildings, including administrative, industrial, and residential blocks. Familiarity with construction management software, safety standards, building codes, and compliance procedures. Strong coordination and communication skills.
