Key Responsibilities: Assemble, inspect, and test new bicycles before display or delivery. Perform repairs and maintenance on customer bicycles (gear tuning, brake adjustments, wheel truing, etc.). Diagnose mechanical issues and provide accurate repair estimates. Ensure timely and quality completion of service work orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop/service area. Assist customers with product-related questions or minor on-spot fixes. Maintain service records and ensure inventory of spare parts/tools. Stay updated on new models, technologies, and tools. Adhere to safety and company guidelines at all times. Requirements: Proven experience as a bicycle technician or mechanical repair technician. Knowledge of different types of bicycles and their components. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift, carry, and work on bicycles of various sizes. Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work weekends and store peak hours. Certification in bicycle mechanics (preferred but not mandatory). Giant Experience will be preferred
