Streaming Media (CTV) Content Program Manager About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Content Program Manager to oversee and optimize our streaming media programming across Connected TV platforms. This role is critical in ensuring seamless content delivery, maintaining broadcast quality standards, and maximizing viewer engagement through strategic scheduling. Key Responsibilities Content Management & Scheduling Monitor and track content availability across linear networks and AVOD platforms Develop and maintain weekly program schedules based on content availability and optimal viewing times Create contingency plans and authorize real-time schedule adjustments when needed Replace programming content as required to maintain continuous broadcast flow 2. Quality Control & Compliance Review and assess programs for technical broadcast standards Ensure all content adheres to editorial policies and broadcasting regulations Make final decisions on program acceptability for air 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Editorial team to review upcoming content and identify promotional opportunities Coordinate with broadcast traffic and logging teams to ensure smooth operations Serve as primary point of contact for programming-related inquiries and viewer feedback 4.
