Sales & Marketing Manager – Specialty Oils (B2B) Field-Oriented | Leadership Role Seeking an experienced B2B Sales & Marketing professional in Specialty Oils (Transformer Oils, Insulating Oils, Liquid Paraffins, White Oils) with strong exposure to industrial sectors such as power utilities, transformer manufacturing, polymer processing, and FMCG. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Leadership & Strategy Drive regional sales to achieve monthly/annual volume targets Develop and implement sales strategies across key industry sectors Expand business through new client acquisition and reactivation of dormant accounts 2. Team Management Lead and mentor Sales Managers across multiple locations Monitor KPIs, provide feedback, and ensure goal alignment Facilitate training and technical upskilling of the team 3. Client & Market Engagement Build and manage relationships with key institutional clients Represent the company at sites, meetings, and forums Lead negotiations and long-term contract discussions 4.
