Job Title: Python Automation Engineer – Embedded Testing Domain: Industrial Products Location: Chennai Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python scripting and embedded system testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in test automation using the Robot Framework and a passion for working in the industrial products domain. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework Perform embedded system testing for industrial products and devices Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure product quality Analyze test results, identify issues, and support debugging and resolution Document test cases, procedures, and results in compliance with industry standards Required Skills: 3–5 years of experience in test automation and Python scripting Proficiency with Robot Framework for automation Strong experience in embedded testing (hardware/software integration) Good understanding of embedded communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C) Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools Educational Qualifications: Preferred: B.E. in Electronics and Communication (ECE) , Electrical and Electronics (EEE) , or Instrumentation Other Branches (CS, IT, MCA): Considered only with prior embedded testing experience
