About the Role: We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to lead paid marketing campaigns for Kidology across Meta and Google platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, optimization, and driving ROI through smart, creative ad execution. You’ll work closely with the content and product teams to scale campaigns that convert and align with our brand’s playful yet premium positioning. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Manage daily campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, and bid strategies Continuously monitor campaign performance to improve ROAS and reduce CAC Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages Collaborate with design/content teams for performance-driven creatives Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights Keep up with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new ad features Manage retargeting, prospecting, and conversion funnels Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably for a D2C/e-commerce brand) Strong command over Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search + Display + Shopping) Proven experience with ROAS/CAC-focused campaigns Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. Comfort working in a fast-moving, test-and-learn startup environment Experience with kids/parenting/family-oriented brands is a plus
