Required 8 to 10 year of experience in IT infrastructure with respect to assets management and Capacity management. Good understanding of Infra cross domains Technical Skills and Capabilities (Primary - Must have) 8+ years’ experience on managing assets management hardware and software. Good knowledge in capacity management Should have worked in process mature production environments handling 24x7 support Implementation skills (ability to prepare project plan / manage the same as per defined timelines). Vendor / Partner Management skills Customer handling skills Technical Skills and Capabilities (Secondary - Nice to have) ITIL and Cloud management Behavioural Skills and Capabilities Focus on Customer - Demonstrating availability, attentiveness and reliability to external / internal customers, building trusting and constructive relationships with them.
