This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless automation processes, high system uptime & continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and optimize Automation Anywhere RPA bots. Troubleshoot technical issues and improve automation efficiency. Document processes and share best practices. Handle client interactions, ensuring smooth issue resolution. Lead and mentor support teams for effective RPA operations. Required Skills & Experience: Expertise in Automation Anywhere (AA360, Document Automation). Strong troubleshooting, bot architecture, and scripting skills.
