Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning. Develop project scope, timelines, execution strategies, and resource plans. Ensure adherence to project budgets, quality standards, safety norms, and delivery timelines. Oversee and coordinate multiple project sites simultaneously. Conduct regular site reviews and audits to ensure alignment with design and specifications. Team Leadership & Management Build, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary project teams (engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors). Allocate responsibilities, set clear expectations, and monitor team performance. Drive a performance and accountability culture across project functions. Stakeholder & Client Coordination Act as the key point of contact between internal teams, clients, government departments, vendors, and consultants. Manage expectations of all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing project risks or delays proactively. Ensure seamless coordination between design, procurement, execution, and commissioning teams. Government & Regulatory Liaison Liaise with local, state, and central government authorities for permits, inspections, and statutory approvals. Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials for smooth project operations. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and construction-related regulations. Reporting & Documentation Prepare detailed project reports including progress updates, resource utilization, cost tracking, and issue logs. Present reports to senior leadership with actionable insights and solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation for audit and project closure purposes. Skills Requirements: Educational Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Tier-1 institutions (IITs, NITs, or equivalent). Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing end-to-end civil construction or infrastructure projects. Experience with government/institutional projects will be an added advantage. Track record of successfully delivering high-value, multi-site projects within tight deadlines. Skills & Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of civil construction, structural engineering, and site execution. Leadership and people management skills – ability to lead large cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar). High level of integrity, commitment, and adaptability to dynamic project environments
