Key Responsibilities for PPC- Executive/Asst Manager with 2 to 7 Years Develop and execute day-wise production plans based on sales forecasts and material availability Perform capacity planning and production scheduling to optimize resource utilization Monitor and manage material shortages, kitting, and production tracking Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Procurement for dispatch planning and timely deliveries Utilize SAP ERP for MRP execution, BOM management, and ECN implementation Plan service materials and pilot lot requirements for new product introductions Track and implement design changes through Engineering Change Notices (ECN) Generate and analyze MIS reports to support decision-making and performance tracking Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and delivery performance Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards and internal audit requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain production flow. Required good presentation skills along with Microsoft power point. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering. 2–7 years of experience in PPC within electronic or precision manufacturing Proficient in SAP ERP (PP/MM, SD modules), Microsoft Excel, and production planning tools Strong understanding of BOM structures, ECN workflows, and inventory control Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and lean manufacturing principles Experience with pilot lot planning and new product launch coordination is a plus
