Job Description

We are seeking an Employer Branding Specialist / Lead for a well-established SaaS client with headquarter at NOIDA Work Mode - Hybrid Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute employer branding strategies aligned with business and talent goals. • Create compelling content (videos, posts, blogs, campaigns) that showcases our culture and EVP across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and the careers site. • Collaborate with internal teams (TA, marketing, communications, L&D) to promote internal events, culture initiatives, and success stories. • Partner with recruitment teams to ensure consistent candidate experience and branding throughout the hiring process. • Coordinate employee advocacy programs and encourage brand ambassadorship. • Monitor employer brand health through platforms like Glassdoor and LinkedIn and drive improvement initiatives. • Support campus and early careers branding, including virtual events, university relations, and collateral development. • Analyze branding campaign metrics and engagement data to optimize future activities. Requirements: • 2–8 years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, recruitment marketing, or related roles. • Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and branding strategies. • Excellent content creation, storytelling, and communication skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, marketing, and leadership teams. • Strong project management and analytical skills.
