Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth within the SMB segment. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and market presence, working closely with the marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.Key Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the SMB segment.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs.Present and demonstrate company products and services, particularly around cloud solutions, modern workplace , AWS, and AI/ML technologies.Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and follow-up strategies.Negotiate and close deals that meet revenue targets and company goals.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.Manage the full sales cycle using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and regular reporting.Work with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
