We are looking for BIM Coordinator- Senior Engineer MEP Position: BIM Project Lead/ Team Lead Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Experience: 7 to 8 yrs Location: Hyderabad Communication: High level of communication and good writing skills in English. Software Skill: REVIT® MEP. AutoCAD – for drawing, linkage, and cleanup. MEP FAB Design Review – for collaboration with professional staff. Coordination with Navis work Manage – Clash detection & Resolution Roles & Responsibility: Assist BIM Manager with any type of MEP Project. Having knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire projects. Independent decision maker and technically sound for US, UK & Asia-specific projects. Knowledge about Submittals & MEP standard. Knowledge of preparing Fabrication, Shop drawings (Coordinated) & Spooling Drawings. Expertise to make Simulations-4D/5D Required capability for coordination with multiple disciplines (through Navis Work). Capable in Clash-Detection/Collaboration & Resolution with the Design team/ Client Assist in Estimation Team managing Capability. Managing BIM Construction Process – throughout the DD stage to As-Built Stage Knowledge in iPAD Integration/ AM data exchange / COBie data generation Actively solve the problems Capable to meet timelines and work under pressure Open to take new challenges Loyal toward employer Responsible & having a positive approach Good interpersonal relations
