About the role: We’re not just looking for someone to handhold new customers—we’re looking for someone who can help them succeed. At Zoko, our Onboarding Managers play a key role in shaping how brands experience our product from Day 1. You’ll be their first real touchpoint post sales - guiding, training, and helping them embed Zoko and WhatsApp into their business workflows. You’ll get on calls, solve real problems, build trust, and make sure every customer says, “This is exactly what we needed.” What we’re looking for: 2+ years of experience in a CSM or onboarding role at a SaaS company Strong communication skills - especially over video calls Comfortable handling minimum 3–4 onboarding calls per day Ability to troubleshoot product issues and create campaign ideas for the brands Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, WhatsApp Business API, or CRM tools Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus) Must be based in Bangalore and open to working from office This role is perfect if you: Love guiding customers through new tools and workflows Know how to simplify a product without dumbing it down Take ownership when something breaks (instead of blaming) Believe onboarding isn’t just “support” - it’s customer success How to apply: Round 1 is a short AI interview that helps us understand your experience and communication style.
