Job Title: Business Continuity & Risk Analyst Location: Pune (Hybrid) Experience: 4–7 Years Joining: Immediate Joiners Only About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Continuity & Risk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations can continue smoothly during any kind of disruption, whether it's a natural disaster, cyber incident, or system failure. You will work closely with global teams to build, maintain, and test business continuity plans and ensure compliance with international standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Risk Assessments (RA) . Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) across departments. Conduct mock drills , training sessions , and awareness programs . Review contracts to ensure business continuity obligations are met. Support internal and external audits, including ISO 22301 and ISO 9001 . Act as a point of contact for business continuity queries from clients and internal teams. Provide regular updates and reports to management and global BCM leadership. Support real-time response during actual business disruptions or emergencies. What We’re Looking For: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery. Strong project management and documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certification in Business Continuity (e.g., ABCP or equivalent). Familiarity with ISO 22301 standards and implementation. Willingness to travel and be available for on-call support during emergencies.
