Job Title: Head – Aftermarket & System Integration Sales Location: Pune, India Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Chief Executive Officer / Business Head Role Overview: The Head of Aftermarket & System Integration Sales will drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction for the company’s automotive electronics portfolio across the aftermarket segment. This leadership role requires deep understanding of B2B and B2C channels, distribution networks, and service support in the Indian and/or international automotive aftermarket ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Business Development Develop and execute the aftermarket sales strategy aligned with overall business goals. Identify new business opportunities, channels, and markets (domestic & export) for automotive electronics such as telematics devices, infotainment systems, ADAS, sensors, etc. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to steer product positioning and channel strategy. 2. Channel Management & Distribution Build and manage a strong distributor/dealer network across regions. Improve channel productivity through training, incentives, and performance tracking. Identify and onboard new retail and B2B channel partners. 3. Sales Operations & Revenue Growth Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual aftermarket sales targets. Lead pricing, discounting, and margin decisions for aftermarket products. Drive penetration in Tier 1/2/3 cities and rural markets. 4. Customer & Service Focus Ensure strong post-sale customer support through service tie-ups and in-house teams. Lead programs for customer retention, feedback collection, and warranty support. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with R&D and Product teams to feedback aftermarket trends and voice-of-customer. Coordinate with supply chain and production to ensure timely availability of SKUs. Key Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 12–18 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in aftermarket sales in automotive or electronics sector. Proven success in managing pan-India sales operations and distributor networks. Skills: Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Deep understanding of automotive electronics (ECUs, sensors, telematics, infotainment). Familiarity with digital tools for sales reporting and CRM. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Industry Background: Automotive aftermarket (especially Telematics in 2W/4W/EV & Automotive Electronics) Auto components / Auto accessories Consumer electronics with automotive application
