The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction of luxury properties, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Daily tasks will include project management, coordinating with architects and contractors, site inspections, scheduling, and resolving any issues that arise during construction. The role also involves adherence to building codes and regulations, managing budgets, and reporting on project progress.CTC - 3L to 3.6LQualificationsMinimum experience of 1-2 yearsTechnical skills in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and Structural DesignExperience with Project Management and site inspectionsKnowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standardsStrong communication and coordination skills to work with architects, contractors, and team membersAbility to manage budgets and schedulesBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProficiency in relevant software tools and technologiesExperience in luxury property construction is a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
