Every day, millions of bottles, cans and containers are "processed" in Krones lines - in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industries, dairy and liquid food industry as well as in the chemical, pharmaceutical and home & personal care industries.It is quite likely that the bottle of water, cola or juice in your hand is manufactured in one of the Krones lines!!Krones Digital Solutions India is created as of 2023 to be the Technology Competence Centre for Krones, focusing on developing software solutions for the Internal organization as well as for the customers of Krones Global.Who are we looking for?We have an exciting opportunity as our SAP MES Consultant to join our team. The SAP MES Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP DM/ME across the globe. This role involves working closely with our German counterparts to understand their production processes and requirements and translating them into SAP DM/ME system configurations. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge in all the admin sections of SAP DM/ME, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and experience in managing SAP projects and rollouts.This role will directly report to Manager/Head of IM CA Business and will be based in Bangalore.What are you in for?Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to the below: -Collaborate with Requestors to understand their business requirements and design effective SAP DM/ME solutions that align with their needs.Configure, customize and test SAP DM/ME software to meet Requestor needs.Work with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP DM/ME implementation projects.Monitoring and error handling for SAP DM/ME.Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.Consulting and project support in global rollout projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Creation of user manuals and other project related documentations in collaboration with the IT colleagues in GermanyFirst Level Support for users, assessment and processing of service tickets, working with SAP DM/ME Queue Monitor and internal ticket system (Service Now).Ensuring the handover of daily operations.What is in it for you?· You are a part of a brand-new org. setup – with a clean slate and a mission to build a People first organization.· You work beyond borders, with international teams seeking and imparting learning through shared/individual experiences and knowledge through the community.What are we looking for?Experience: Min 3 years of relevant experience in SAP MES Environment.Education: Completed bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science or any equivalent degree.Real time experience in SAP S4Hana according to business processes– Mandatory.Real time experience with SAP DM/ME interfaces, monitoring and error analyses – Good to have.Sound knowledge of production process SAP PP regarding SAP DM integration – Good to have.Process knowledge / overview of SAP DM/ME – Good to have.Solid knowledge of MS Office.Good written, verbal and Presentation skills.Good Analytical skills and Logical Skills.Customer and solution-oriented thinking.Target and results-oriented approach.Initiative, responsible and Strong team orientation.Excellent communication skills and fluent knowledge of spoken and written English.Safe and friendly appearance.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Should be flexible to work according to German timings.Should have worked in multi-cultural environment.
