In this role, you’ll craft impactful communication across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and more — with the goal of driving customer engagement, activation, and retention. You’ll collaborate closely with growth, product, and CRM teams to develop performance-driven content at every customer touchpoint. Key Responsibilities: Write engaging, personalized copy for CRM & CLM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) Support customer lifecycle journeys — onboarding, engagement, reactivation, churn prevention Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, build, and launch targeted campaigns Optimize copy for different user segments, triggers, and actions Ensure tone, language, and messaging aligns with brand voice and financial regulations Contribute to A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance Stay updated on fintech trends, user behavior insights, and CRM best practices✅Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in CRM/CLM or retention copywriting Prior experience inBFSI, trading, stock market , orfintechdomain is amust Proven ability to write concise, actionable, user-first communication Familiarity with CRM tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, Braze, or similar platforms Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle stages, and trigger-based messaging Excellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
