This role combines deep technical expertise with project leadership to drive effective implementations that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical designs. Oversee configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations (APIs, middleware), and data migration activities. Define and enforce development standards, code reviews, and best practices for Salesforce solutions. Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, and resource planning. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support. Mentor and guide developers and administrators to build internal capabilities. Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform governance, security, and compliance requirements. Skills & Experience: 6 -10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead or architect capacity. Strong expertise in: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk) and integration patterns Data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL) Declarative configuration (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules) Experience with CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and release management on Salesforce. Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) is a plus. Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Architect certifications preferred. Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations. Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, System Architect).
