Creative WordPress Developer – SEO & Digital Marketing ExpertLocation:Remote (Preferred: US Time Zones) Company:Entrustech Digital Job Type:Full-time ContractAbout the Role: We’re looking for ahighly creative and technically skilled WordPress Developerwho not only knows the ins and outs of building beautiful, functional WordPress websites—but also understands how togrow traffic, optimize for SEO, build engagement, and drive conversions . You’ll be instrumental in enhancing our online presence, building optimized landing pages, improving search rankings, writing SEO-friendly blog posts, and supporting our broaderdigital marketing initiatives . This is not a narrow dev-only role. We’re looking for awell-rounded expertwho thrives at the intersection ofWordPress development, SEO strategy, content creation, and digital growth .What You’ll Do: WordPress DevelopmentDevelop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (including custom themes, plugins, and reusable components). Buildhigh-converting landing pages, homepages, and blog templates . Performdatabase-level updates , fix performance bottlenecks, and handle backend optimizations. Manage WordPress templates and ensure responsive, cross-browser compatibility. SEO & AnalyticsPerformkeyword research, internal linking strategies , andon-page SEO optimization . Set up and manageGoogle Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager , and track trends. Implement off-page SEO strategies and backlink outreach. Optimize pages for Core Web Vitals and performance scores. Content CreationWrite and publishSEO-optimized blog articleson various topics. UseGenerative AI tools(ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, etc.) for content ideation and drafting. Collaborate oncontent planningfor marketing funnels and campaigns. Graphic Design & MediaDesign visual assets likehero banners, blog graphics, social media creatives , etc. Proficiency in tools likeCanva, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator . Support UX/UI improvements through well-designed web components. Social Media & OutreachManage company presence onLinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest , etc. Assist incontent posting, community engagement, and follower growth . Performoutreach and prospectingto generate leads for digital marketing services.Tools & Platforms You Should Know:WordPress (with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL) Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or All in One SEO Pack Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager ChatGPT / Jasper / Writesonic (AI Content Tools) Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects Social Media Platforms & Schedulers (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg Blocks SEMRush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest Trello, Notion, Slack, Google WorkspaceRequirements:3+ years of hands-on experience withWordPress development . Strong portfolio showcasing websites, landing pages, and SEO results. Proven ability toincrease traffic , improveconversion rates , and enhance user engagement. Knowledge ofdigital marketing funnels, customer journey, and CRO . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification inDigital Marketing, Web Development, or related fields . Strong communication skills andclient-facing confidence . Willingness to take ownership of projects and drive results.Bonus Points:Experience infreelancing, agency work, or client management . Knowledge ofmarketing automation, email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) . Ability to conductcompetitive SEO analysisandA/B testing .
